Orientation is a compulsory program for all new international students, designed to help you settle into your studies and life in Australia.

Orientation at Contempo College

During Orientation, you will:

Complete your enrolment

Finalise your enrolment with the College so you're ready to begin classes.

Get your study plan & timetable

Receive your study plan, timetable, logins and class enrolment details.

Understand Government requirements

Be informed about student visa conditions, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), your USI application, and your rights and responsibilities while studying in Australia.

Meet staff and fellow students

Meet key staff from Contempo College and connect with the students you'll be studying alongside.

What to Bring

Please ensure you bring the following items to Orientation.

Your passport

A copy of your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Your laptop and stationery

Any outstanding documents required to meet conditions on your offer letter (e.g. English Certificate, package course completion evidence).

  • If you have completed an EAP course, you must provide your English Certificate.
  • You will not be able to enrol until you meet all conditions on your offer letter.

Proof of any pending payments settled prior to commencement (or arrange payment as soon as possible).

Orientation is compulsory for all new international students. Bringing everything on this list means your enrolment can be completed on the day.
