SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management

This qualification reflects the role of chefs and cooks who have a supervisory or team leading role in the kitchen. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems. This qualification provides a pathway to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops, or to run a small business in these sectors.

CPC31020 Certificate III in Soild Plastering

CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering provides a trade outcome in solid plastering for residential and commercial work. The qualification covers common skills for the construction industry as well as specialist solid plastering skills.Solid plasterers apply plaster, cement and other mixtures to walls to create smooth or decorative finishes to interior walls and to render exterior walls.

CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

This qualification provides a trade outcome in wall and floor tiling for residential and commercial construction work. The qualification includes common construction industry skills as well as specialist walland floor tiling skills. Learners develop the ability to prepare surfaces, handle materials, use tiling tools and equipment, install wall and floor tiles, repair tiling, install decorative and mosaic tiling, tile curved surfaces and apply waterproofing forwall and floor tiling.

CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying

provides a trade outcome in bricklaying and blocklaying for residential, commercial and other construction contexts. The qualification includes common construction industry skillsas well as specialist bricklaying, blocklaying and masonry skills. Learners develop the ability to handle and prepare materials, use bricklaying and blocklaying tools and equipment, carry out masonry veneer and cavity brick construction, lay masonry wallsand corners, construct multi-thickness walls and piers, install flashings and damp-proof courses, construct masonry arches and curved walls, construct structural masonry systems and complete related construction tasks.

RII60520 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design

This qualification reflects the role of an individual working as a senior civil works designer or a para-professional designer, who supports professional engineers. They perform tasks that are broad, specialised, complex and technical and include strategic areas and initiating activities.
